Cannabidiol (CBD) is the
second major cannabinoid found in cannabis plants like hemp and marijuana. Unlike the other major cannabinoid THC, CBD is non-psychoactive. The effects of
CBD include: alerting at low doses, sedating at high doses, reduces pain,
relaxes muscle spasms, potent anti-inflammatory, stops nausea/vomiting, reduces
anxiety/depression, counters psychotic thoughts, anti-oxidant, anti-convulsant,
neuro-protectant, and anti-tumor effects.
CBD is legal in Europe. By law, what makes a product legal
is its levels of THC. According to the legislation of the authorized aid scheme
for the regional agricultural policy, it is legal to grow hemp which contains
less than 0,2% of THC. None of our products exceeds those percentages, hence,
they are completely legal. CBD is considered
to be a non-psychoactive cannabinoid so it will not get you high in the way
that marijuana (THC) gets you high. But CBD is known to be relaxing so you may
feel a sort of relaxation..
Terpenes are essential
oils found in hemp plants. There are around 200 terpenes in cannabis. They are
what give cannabis its distinct aroma and flavor. Terpenes have beneficial
effects and work synergistically with cannabinoids like CBD and THC – this
relationship is called the entourage effect. In our lab,Nature Science CBD
oil is keeping all the Terpenes and with under 0.2% THC content, so the user
will get all benefits from the plants without high effect, safe to use with
full lab test.
CBD has shown to have the following effects: non psychoactive (does not
cause a high), alerting in low to moderate doses, sedating in high doses,
reduces pain, reduces muscle spasms, anti-inflammatory, stops nausea/vomiting,
reduces anxiety/depression, counters psychotic thoughts, antioxidant,
anticonvulsant, neuroprotectant, and anti-tumor.
seed oil is a highly nutritious oil made from pressed hemp seeds. Hemp seeds
and hemp seed oil do not contain significant amounts of CBD. Hemp seed oil is
often confused with CBD hemp oil but they are not the same thing. CBD hemp oil
is a CBD tincture – a liquid concentrate of CBD. CBD hemp
oil however can be suspended in hemp seed oil as a carrier of the CBD. Other
common carriers of CBD hemp oil include coconut oil or MCT oil.
CBD hemp oil is made from
hemp while CBD Cannabis Oil is made from marijuana plants. CBD Hemp Oil will
contain little to no THC. CBD Cannabis Oil can contain significantly more THC
than CBD Hemp Oil. CBD Cannabis Oil can contain an equal amount of THC to CBD
Yes. CBD is metabolized
by a group of enzymes called the CYP450. These enzymes are responsible for
metabolizing many commonly used drugs. CBD can inhibit the activity of the
CYP450 enzymes. While CBD-drug interactions are more likely with high doses of
CBD and CBD isolates, precaution must be taken when using CBD alongside life
preserving medications for serious conditions (i.e. epilepsy
There are many different ways to use CBD.
The four main ways are sublingual tinctures/sprays, topical lotions/balms, oral
edibles/capsules, and inhalation by vaporization or smoking. At CBD School we
think sublingual tinctures and sprays are one of the best ways to use CBD
because you can get the dosing very precise, you can easily check for the
quality of the product by requesting a lab report from the manufacturer, and by
the reasonably fast onset of effects.
system is the collection of cannabinoid receptors, endocannabinoids, and
enzymes involved in the production and break down of endocannabinoids.
Endocannabinoids are naturally occurring cannabinoids found within our body.
The two most studied endocannabinoids are anandamide and 2-AG. The two most
studies cannabinoid receptors are CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are located mostly
in the brain and CB2 receptors are located mostly throughout the immune system.
Yes. Pets can benefit
from CBD for many of the same conditions as humans: pain, seizures,
inflammation, and anxiety. CBD is safe to use for pets but their dosage will
likely be much smaller than yours. Dogs have a higher concentration of
cannabinoid receptors in their brain. This means they are very sensitive to
THC. But a small amount of THC, like the amount in a full spectrum CBD hemp
oil, is beneficial for animals. We recommend you speak with a veterinarian
(holistic veterinarian) before you start giving your pet CBD.
Science products contain CBD but it is important to understand that they are
not medicine. They do not treat or cure any disease, physical ailment, or
condition. And please consult with your doctor for any medical purpose.
